Every year six teams make the playoffs, three from Eastern Conference & three from the Western Conference. The higher ranked team in each league will get a 20 point home field advantage (HFA) as an award for having a better regular season. Additionally the top team (#1 Division Winner) will earn a first round bye in both conferences. The other Wild Card Winners plays each other. In the event of even records the tiebreaker for playoff positioning, the H2H record will determine who is higher. If that is a draw then it will go based off of regular season points.
