Well for the first time since the season began, ole Bradley is not sharing or sole possession of the division lead.  That said, he and Jon Jones both appear on the verge of clinching playoff spots.  There are 14 days to go and they both have a 10 game lead over fifth place, so I'd assume by Friday one or both of them will have clinched.  Jason seems to be alright to make it too as the fourth place team will likely finish well below the .500 mark where Jason has been sitting all year long.  One would assume that Andy will get the fourth spot as his team rebounded a bit after that wicked 9 game losing streak and where he lost 13 out of 14.  He won 5 of 6 following that run and has rebounded back into fourth place (he was 3 back from there last week).  But with Chad's young team being unpredictable, Zack is only 2 out and John Guttman 4 out, it's far from being over there.

This week's fun graph is one that depicts the wins above or below .500 along with the division leader.  In the American League, Rob has basically led the division from the start of the years with exception of a tiny blip on the fourth day where Big Shon had the lead before falling into obscurity.  Jordan has pretty much paralleled Rob and even tied him in record a week ago while the rest of the division has pretty much traded wins for losses of late.  Though Jeff has been on a bit of a losing streak, he's been streaking up and down most of the year, so whatever that means...

Despite being the second lowest scorer in the AL, Rob continues to lead and is building it a little larger.

In the NL, everyone is streaking right now except for Pete there.  But a clear rift is forming for the playoffs and missing out in the division.  By this time next week, Brad and Jon may clinch playoff births.

That post above reminds me...  How is Rob winning 75% of his games but still the 2nd lowest scorer in the division.  5th lowest in the league...  Let's find out...  First and foremost, he's had a lot of low scores against him.  Unlike Andy who's facing teams that average a little over 50 a day against him, Rob is facing teams that are scoring a puny 27.125 a day.  That makes for a considerably easier path to win.  Second, when he wins, he wins by a little.  Five wins by less than 10 points (A homerun).   Third when he loses it's been crushing defeats  4 times and the other two were still greater than 10 points.  Compare that with John Bierkamp and Kyle that have both lost six times by less than 10 (Albeit that Kyle also won 5 times by less than 10, John only once).

But the law of averages will eventually catch up (one would assume) and with that said, a collapse as we approach the post season may occur.  That being said, he's built up a 6 game lead from the playoff line, so he's sitting very safe right now.
